POF Recruitment Procedure
To apply for any of these posts, candidates must have a minimum qualification of HSSC or equivalent. For Assistant Manager (Mining) candidates should have B.Sc/B.Eng with a first class or equivalent CGPA from a recognized university. The candidate’s application must be accompanied by copies of certificates, domicile and attested CNICs, graduation and post-graduation marksheets, NOC from employer and last two years’ salary slips. On receipt of application by POF Human Resource Department, test will be conducted for all candidates selected for interview in accordance with set procedure.
