The Pakistan Air Force has just announced the opening of PAF Teachers Training Institute Special Education Jobs 2018. The PAF (Pakistan Air Force) was established in 1947 as an independent, constitutionally-protected military force. It has grown over the years and now employs more than 57,000 people including civilian officers, military officers, and civilian and contract staff members working at bases and stations all over Pakistan and abroad. In total, these people are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Pakistan Air Force which includes PAF fighter jets, transport aircraft, helicopters, surveillance equipment, and ground vehicles of all kinds.
What is PTFTSI?
The program’s training is divided into three blocks. The first block consists of a total of ten days and focuses on basic knowledge of special education as well as theoretical knowledge and practical skills related to working with special-needs children, students and/or individuals. On completion of Block 1, participants receive a National Certificate in Special Education (NCSE). During Block 2 participants will receive classroom-specific training and are provided with technical support on an ongoing basis by PTFTSI staff in addition to pursuing their field experience at a school or educational institution. Participants begin working under supervision during Block 3 and upon successful completion receive an Advanced Diploma in Special Education from PTFTSI.
Courses Offered at PTFTSI
The PTFTSI conducts courses in three subjects i.e. English, Urdu and Computer. The candidates are awarded certifications at completion of each course. These certificates are recognized by Pakistan Air Force as well as civilian organizations and institutions e.g. Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC), National Accreditation Council for Education, Pakistan (NACEP) etc. these certificates can be used for applying in permanent posts through NTS system, UPSC/NTS examination held by Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC) or any other government organization e.g Pakistan Army etc.

Eligibility Criteria For PAF Teachers For The Trained Specialist In Special Education 2022
The candidate must be a graduate of a recognized university with at least 50% marks in a Master’s degree course. The last and final year students are also eligible to apply as per rules mentioned above. Those who will be completing their education in 2019 are also eligible to apply if they meet other conditions required. These candidates will be considered on provisional basis only and awarded marks depending upon their performance during Interview rounds and skills test held by Pakistan Air Force (PAF). Selected candidates shall submit five copies of attested educational, professional qualification certificates/testimonials, CNIC copies and two passport size photographs within 15 days after appointment order is issued by Directorate General Technical & Administrative Services (DGTA&S), PAF Headquarter Islamabad which is mandatory.
