Eligibility Criteria:

  • The candidates with relevant diplomas and experience in the same field can apply to get selected. Contract-based employment lasts for a period of one year and can be extended for a further year.
  • Only residents of the merged districts of Pakistan are eligible for this recruitment. There is an age limit listed in the advertisement for each post. Government rules state that the percentage of female, special persons, and minority quota will be observed.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Provincial Housing Authority (KPHPA) has released a notification to recruit candidates on vacant posts in its offices across the province. The jobs are exclusively reserved for female applicants, with the exception of one slot that will be filled by a male candidate. The positions are available in the following departments: Admin, Reception, Store, Accounting, Cashier and Security. According to KPHPA’s notification, education requirements are Bachelors and experience requirements are 1–3 years in relevant positions.

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Works Department (KP-PWD) is responsible for planning, designing, building and maintaining a variety of roads and infrastructure within Pakistan’s northwestern region. This group handles various public works projects, including road construction and maintenance, water supply systems and government housing projects. Each province across Pakistan is assigned a Provincial Housing Authority (PHA), whose primary function is to build homes for low-income citizens. The PHA works directly with private contractors who handle most of the day-to-day management of these programs; however, it remains an integral part of constructing new buildings and ensuring that existing homes meet quality standards.

Pay will depend on experience but ranges from PKR 8000-10000 per month depending on qualifications and performance. Work hours are flexible and determined by staff availability.
