Scope of the Job
The Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) will manage, lead and be responsible for strategic planning, operations management and implementation of policies at all levels. Reporting to Director General CMH, under direct supervision of ADG (Admin), he/she will ensure that operations run efficiently by adopting best practices with good governance culture. The CAO is also accountable for overall performance of staff and activities of respective department/office/division in accordance with MoD guidelines/policy directives in respect of area of operation under his administrative control including projects. For satisfactory discharge of duties, CAO has to exercise initiative, take calculated risks and work independently as a decision maker.
