Job Description
Senior Civil Judge Office Chiniot is looking for experienced and qualified candidates who are interested in working as process servers. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance coverage, one year of experience with process serving within a jurisdiction that includes municipality, county or state law enforcement officers (with preferred knowledge of civil court procedures), and an ability to work evenings and weekends. The position pays $15.55/hour for up to 40 hours per week plus benefits (vacation time/holiday pay). Candidates must pass a drug test, background check, physical exam (as needed) and have no felonies on their record. We are looking forward to reviewing your application ASAP!
Required Qualification
Matric or Equivalent qualification from any recognized board or university and knowledge of local area with at least 5 years experience in serving legal documents. Computer literate and able to work in a team and present oneself professionally before clientele. Preference will be given to candidates residing/working in Senior Civil Judge’s city of jurisdiction. A person willing to work at home during off hours may also apply. Male/Female both can apply.
Required Experience
Candidates who do not have experience can apply. However, in order to be considered for one of these entry-level jobs, candidates must be willing to learn from experienced process servers. Candidates with recent experience working in a position related to customer service or office administration may qualify as well. Applicants with experience as debt collectors and telemarketers are also encouraged to apply, although applicants with collections-related jobs are not expected to have prior knowledge of legal terminology or procedures. Only those candidates who pass a background check will be hired for Senior Civil Judge Office Chiniot process serving positions.
