The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) is looking to hire nine people to work on its Information Security Monitoring Cell. According to their job posting, they are seeking candidates who can handle multiple responsibilities such as identifying weaknesses in existing infrastructure and setting up new procedures and protocols that would improve it. They want candidates with knowledge of at least one programming language and an understanding of cyber security issues. Additionally, they are looking for someone familiar with communications/networking equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls and intrusion detection systems. The opening is expected to close on Oct 5 so you’ll need to hurry if you want to apply.

Peshawar Development Authority

About PDA Peshawar Development Authority was established as an autonomous corporate body under Ministry of Capital Administration and Development Division by General (R) Pervez Musharraf on 27 April 2002 to integrate both master plan and development plan on provincial level. Later, PDA was established through Act No. XXXI of 2012 which is also called PDA Act 2012. The most important role of PDA is to develop new city in District Peshawar and Khanewal by 2025. National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA)

Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC)

There are 550 positions for which recruitment is open.

Education Department, Punjab

There are 5,000 job openings for education teachers, inspectors and administrative personnel in elementary schools across Punjab. The jobs will be available from January 1, 2022. Prospective applicants should have at least 10 years of work experience; five years’ experience teaching in grades one through four; one year’s experience conducting curriculum training sessions; and four years’ experience supervising employee performance evaluations or administrative duties. Candidates must be age 25 to 45, with a high school diploma or equivalent certificate and must be able to read, write and speak fluently in English. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED)

Elementary teachers are needed to instruct students between ages 8 and 12. High school teachers are also needed to teach up to age 18, sometimes even older. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will continue to need teachers as far into the future as we can predict, so now is a great time to enter into the education field in Pakistan. The highest concentration of vacancies is expected from Peshawar and Nowshera; however, you can find postings all over KPK Province. Furthermore, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has vowed that by 2016, there will be at least one teacher for every 40 students (the national average currently stands at 1:50).
