Dir. Upper. Administrator (Dir. & Prof.) (Health) District Health Authority, Lower Dir., KPK
The post is based in Timergara and requires degree in relevant fields along with a qualification certificate of intermediate or equivalent from HEC or NTS etc. Applicants should have knowledge and experience of setting up health programs for district level and should be having ability to prepare annual plans/projections of M&E funds from funds; correspondence with other departments and institutions as well as non-governmental organizations regarding rural health issues; possess good interpersonal skill and be articulate; able to travel extensively to remote areas of population at risk and demonstrate a professional mannerism through appearance, language, knowledge on health issues.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing proposals, tenders and reports including feasibility studies, justification of investment programmes and other inputs needed to support decision making. He/she will be involved in implementation as well as monitoring of approved projects. He/she is expected to work on a variety of issues such as epidemiological analysis, surveillance systems development, designing health programs and policy research. He/she is also required to provide technical input for health surveys and household survey data analysis etc.

Qualifications

Candidates must have a medical degree, a valid practicing license, an approved medical registration certificate and recognized training. Salary is negotiable.
