The Job Description

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced vacancies for District and Sessions Judges. These positions are posted by SSC to recruit candidates who will be responsible for hearing criminal cases, civil cases, matters relating to probate, domestic matters as well as other miscellaneous legal issues. The applicants must have knowledge of law to be considered for these jobs. Aspiring applicants should hold a degree in law from a recognized university before applying. A minimum of 16 years of education is required along with an LLB qualification from any recognized university.
