Job position
General Duty Physician (GDP) or Specialist in Internal Medicine, Orthopedics, Radiology or Anesthesia. There are no age restrictions for any of these positions. The candidate must be willing to work at any of our hospitals in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have experience working with similar injuries and illnesses, preferably gained from service as an officer in their own country’s military forces and/or previous experience working with war casualties as part of a civilian emergency response team or humanitarian organization such as Doctors Without Borders (MSF). Experience treating victims of torture is also considered an asset but not essential. A special preference will be given to candidates who have previous experience working on UN peacekeeping missions.
Requirements and Qualifications
To apply, you must be a licensed doctor of medicine or dentistry, with experience treating people and willing to relocate to Pakistan. Preference will be given to applicants who are licensed within their country of origin; those who hold dual licenses (Pakistan & The United States) will also be considered.
