The university operates through five campuses throughout the city of Multan and has an annual student enrollment of more than 20,000 students from all over Pakistan, as well as international students from other countries like Malaysia, Tanzania, Nepal, Indonesia and China. About Bahauddin Zakariya University

Bahauddin Zakariya University, also known as BZU Multan is a university located in Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. It was established in 1980 by an act of National Assembly of Pakistan named after Sufi saint Hazrat Shahabuddin Muhammad Zaki Badshah popularly known as Data Ganj Baksh (Persian: داتا گنج بكش). It started functioning in 1981 with six departments and 150 students and now it has grown into 18 departments with 1400 students on roll. The university publishes two periodicals titled Sciences in English and BZU Research Journal in Urdu.

Who can apply?

BZU is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from a broad range of applicants, regardless of gender, race or religious beliefs. As an institution, we strive to promote and maintain a workforce that represents our diversity. Applicants are required to have a minimum 2:2 Honours degree in any discipline. However, if your qualifications are not in line with these requirements you may still apply for specific jobs advertised on our jobs page on their own merit. The institution is not necessarily looking for PhD graduates. We encourage more candidates with Masters degrees who have knowledge of international teaching practices to apply as such individuals can be very beneficial to our student body through their theoretical knowledge and teaching experience.

The job market in Pakistan

In recent years, Pakistan’s job market has taken off; between 2008 and 2012, its economy grew by an average of 5.7 percent. However, much of that growth occurred in sectors that do not produce high-skilled jobs—for example, construction and textiles. And more than 60 percent of Pakistani youth still lack adequate employment opportunities. If you have relevant job experience or training, working for a university is a way to contribute to your country’s economic development while building your own skillset. Experience with administration and customer service is always valuable in any career path!

Benefits of working for BZU

If you’re interested in working for a large university, then BZU is an excellent option. The employer offers many benefits to their employees, including – Medical insurance: A medical insurance plan will help cover your costs if you need to visit a doctor or hospital while on campus. This coverage can be particularly helpful if you have any pre-existing conditions that could make it difficult or expensive to find private health insurance elsewhere. – Paid leave: Employees receive paid vacation and sick days per year as well as other paid time off (PTO) options such as holidays and personal days. – Retirement plans: Most employers offer some sort of retirement plan like a 401(k) or 403(b). These plans allow employees to save money tax-free for retirement and take advantage of investment growth over time without paying taxes until they withdraw funds from their account.

How to apply for jobs at BZU?

Interested in employment opportunities available at BZU? Before you even apply, there are some things you should do. First, research any company that you would like to work for. Search Google for their name and find out as much information about them as possible. What is their mission statement? How long have they been in business? Are they growing rapidly or slow? Do they pay well? Is it a stable place to work with good benefits and other perks? Don’t just use Google: turn to LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter if you don’t have enough information from a quick search engine scan.

The best way to impress your potential employer is through your CV. Here’s how you can do it perfectly!

I remember my first interview. I was so nervous I could barely put two words together, forget about performing like a seasoned pro. I wasn’t overly qualified for any of my jobs but it didn’t stop me from applying for jobs that were way over my head—and getting those positions (despite being unqualified). Since then, I’ve interviewed dozens of people and have been on both sides of many different hiring situations. The process has made me more than qualified to share some tips with you on how not to mess up when trying to get a job, whether it’s with a local business or one far away! These tips will apply even if you’re an experienced interviewee because there are always ways we can better our skills and advance in our careers.

Learn from my mistakes when applying for jobs!

I didn’t find a job during my first year in college because I made one, fairly simple mistake. It was July 2016, and I had just finished my freshman year of university. My first couple of months were spent enjoying every second of summer break before I needed to get back into academic mode. By mid-July, it was time to start looking for an internship or part-time job that would satisfy two requirements: (1) contribute to my education and (2) give me some pocket money. My criteria were pretty simple—I had already applied for many other jobs that fell under these categories but found no success yet.
