The One Year Training Program for Management and Engineers is open to candidates from all over Pakistan. The eligibility criteria need to be met by the candidates who want to be selected.

Trainee Engineers:
- Minimum 16 years of education, preferably Master’s from an HEC recognized university or institution/equivalent foreign degree holder institution in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

How to Become an HRSI Trainee
HRSI is one of the largest logistics companies in the world and operates in different countries, including the United States, Canada, Asia, Latin America, Middle East and Africa. At HRSI, you’ll be assigned to either in project management or process management within your first year of employment; so if you’re looking to expand your knowledge about project management or experience working with project managers, this might be an ideal job for you. One of the most beneficial aspects of working at HRSI is that they run their own training programs at different levels.
What is the HRSI Trainee program?
The Home Refrigeration Services, Inc. (HRSI) is a factory-direct manufacturer of high-quality household appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers and many more! The 2022 Management Trainees & Trainee Engineers Program is designed for those who are career minded with a passion for sales. The Program is based in Greater Boston and candidates must be available to work on weekends and holidays when necessary. Applicants must meet several qualification requirements: a strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal skills and good communication skills in order to thrive in training programs. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate that they can take direction well and have had experience working as part of a team.
How to apply for HRSI trainee program?
You need to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or B.Tech (Mechanical/ Instrumentation & Control) from an accredited university for getting admission in our trainee program 2022. To apply for our trainee program, candidates have to visit HR and submit their application form along with all necessary documents that are mentioned on it. They need to attach all required documents with their application form such as degree certificate, experience certificate etc. Then they will be called for further rounds like Aptitude test, technical interview and then they will be shortlisted based on their scores. The final selection process includes a group discussion round where you will be interviewed by a panel of experienced senior executives of Human Resource Department which is commonly known as GD round.

What you need to get started
Before applying, you need your high school diploma or GED and you’ll also need to pass an entrance exam administered by one of HRSI’s training facilities. Most applicants start their career at a training facility (in San Diego) while they study for their examination. A small number of applicants who live near a training facility are allowed to attend live classes in order to prepare for their exam. In addition, all applicants must obtain a security clearance before becoming employed with Honeywell and may be subject to drug testing.
Checklist before submission
We recommend that you apply no later than May 1st for our Fall Training Program. However, we also welcome late applications and will work with you if needed. For example, after applying in May and obtaining a job offer from an employer, you can still apply for our Summer program; we will consider your application if it is received by June 1st or earlier. We are not considering applications submitted any later than June 30th for Fall 2022 due to time constraints and preparation of logistics required before start of training in September 2022. All applicants should be aware that travel arrangements need to be made at least 3-4 months prior to course date.
Sample Timeline
If you’re already a university student, there are programs that will allow you to study full-time for your degree and spend summers working in industry—all without affecting your academic career. These programs are available through both government-funded institutions and private companies. If you’re currently studying engineering or another technical subject, look into programs at schools like Purdue University or Purdue Polytechnic Institute. It’s also possible to find programs through government funding from bodies like NASA, which have slightly different terms than other employers but can offer valuable experience in space industry employment. Many of these training positions start early in undergraduate studies so make sure you research opportunities early on!
